At Chewing Bears, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, sealed and unopened
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • 1Email us at help@chewingbears.com with your order number and reason for return
  • 2We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  • 3Ship the item back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage
  • 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty

Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund once issued.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please:

  • 1Return the original item following the process above
  • 2Place a new order for the item you want

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error
  • We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
